Band Break

8:48 AM Today was the August 2nd Green CC's national day celebration with residents. There was really a big crowd. I would like to thank-you all for having a full attendence( trumpet section ). But there are certain things that we need to improve. Though we did not knew that when we first played was the actual one( thought that it is a rehearsal but is not ) I regretted about putting the very best at the start, so does everyone feels. You guys got to improve more, not only sec1 but the rest including me for this upcoming year-end concert. We could tell Ms Chong's dissapointment with us that even the National Anthem song we could not even play well. I have to really say this. National anthem is almost daily song we heard, yet melody part could be played wrongly. =( Seriously, if not going to improve, i will start to hold sectionals. So please be prepared if some of sectionals clashes your activity. Most probably on fridays after commontest. I hope you guys would make an effort to come for sectionals to improve. -SL |
